Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Arranging sales visits with prospective clients
  • Maintaining proper sales and performance records
  • Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages
  • Build a targeted list of prospects.
  • Re-qualify the lead
  • Send cold emails and make follow up calls
  • Execute qualification call and hand off lead to Account Executives
  • Assess the needs of the lead
  • Perform up an in-person demo or web presentation
  • Address any concerns
  • Achieving sales targets

Requirements:

  • Qualifications Required: Graduation / Diploma in Sales and Marketing
  • Listening Skills – Listening skills are crucial to sales executives, as being in the moment with the prospective customers will help you gain their trust.
  • Product Knowledge – Confidence and conviction can only come if Sales Executives have through and intensive knowledge of the product they are selling.
  • Positive Thinking – Having a positive attitude is crucial for sales executives as it influences their performance especially when there are times when cracking sales deals seem very difficult.
